My Story

Ashley Christine Lee is a makeup artist extraordinaire who brings her lifelong passion for fashion and beauty to every brushstroke. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ashley's creative journey began early on. While attending Ursuline Academy, she immersed herself in the world of entertainment, captivating audiences with her acting, dancing, modeling, and infectious positive energy.

 

In pursuit of her dreams, Ashley embarked on a transformative adventure, making her way to Los Angeles in 2012. There, she enrolled in the esteemed Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) to study visual communications. Ashley continued her educational journey, obtaining three certifications in makeup artistry.

Her artistry has graced the covers of prestigious publications such as GQ and pages in Vogue.

 

In 2019, Ashley embarked on a new chapter of her journey by founding her own company, Ashleemwuah. As a makeup artist, creative director, and fashion designer, she seamlessly blends her expertise to offer a holistic approach to beauty and style.
